What to get in touch about

  • Report a bug. If a calculator returns a result you believe is wrong, tell us the exact values you entered and what you expected. That lets us reproduce the problem quickly.
  • Suggest a tool. Most of what we build comes from requests. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve, not just the tool name.
  • Report a content or accuracy issue. If a formula, tax rule, or explanation is out of date, we want to correct it.
  • Business and advertising enquiries. Reach us at the same address.

Response time

We read every message and usually reply within two to three business days. Bug reports affecting a calculation are prioritised above everything else.

Before you write

A few questions come up often. Every tool here runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded, stored, or visible to us — which also means we cannot recover anything you entered. All tools are free with no account required, and there is no paid tier. You are welcome to link to any tool from your own site.
